We have been using J R Vacation Rentals since the early 1990's, first with a small waterfront cottage, then with our condo at Northhaven for the past 5 years and have been well satisfied with their service. 

Their cleaning service is well known on the Peninsula as the best and they work very diligently to rent our unit and all units and yet are flexible with their clients with regard to personal usage time.

Our rentals were typically rented fully from the Fourth of July thru Labor Day each year.  We used the unit in the Spring, Fall and Winter.  Additional times rented were Thanksgiving, New Years, always Pumpkin Patch Festival, and other occational weekends throughout the off season.

There are also occasions that long term rentals are needed for house construction or temporary workers, etc., if that would be of interest as well.

We would not consider having anyone but J R handle a rental property in Door County.

We have utilized the services of J R Vacation Rentals for almost 10 years.  J R handles the marketing, rental, cleaning, and security of our cabin in the Ellison Bay area of the Door, during the busy summer season.

When it comes to inevitable problems that occur when renting out a seasonal property; whether storm, structural, equipment related, or just renters doing dumb things, J R has always handled the issues professionally and quickly. They have always attempted to contact us when problems occur to get our input to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.  If J R was not able to contact us, in the event of an emergency, we relied on and trusted their good judgement to make the "right call" and correct the problem.  They always attempt to remedy the problem with minimal disruption to the renters and at the lowest cost to the owners as possible.
